The General Schedule for State Agency Records addresses records commonly found in agencies throughout state government, provides uniform descriptions and disposition instructions, and indicates minimum retention periods.

Form completed by archives staff when items have been received. A copy should be sent to the original record sender within 1-5 days of receipt of records.
