The General Schedule for State Agency Records addresses records commonly found in agencies throughout state government, provides uniform descriptions and disposition instructions, and indicates minimum retention periods.

Form completed by archives staff when items have been received. A copy should be sent to the original record sender within 1-5 days of receipt of records.

Use this form to submit works for inclusion in the WTCC Created Works Annotated Bibliography.

Use this form to request a print or digital copy of a record housed in the College Archives. Reproduction and use of records must comply with current copyright laws.
