Library Collaboration Rooms

Room Policies & Procedures

Individual Study Rooms: Room B & Room C

  • For individuals only
  • Current students only. Non-students will be asked to leave. Student ID Card is required to access to the room.
  • Reservations required.
  • Can only be reserved for 2 hours a day maximum.
  • The reservation will be cancelled if student fails to show up within 15 minutes of reservation start time.
  • Food is not allowed in the room. 
  • Can only be used for academic work. Anyone using the rooms to play games, watch TV, socialize, or sleep will be asked to leave.
  • Students must keep noise to a minimum.

Group Study Rooms: Room D, Room E, and Room F

  • For groups of two to six students only. 
  • For current students only. Non-students will be asked to leave. Student ID Card required to access the room.
  • Reservations required. All student ID numbers must be entered on the form or the reservation will be denied.
  • A group can use the room for 2 hours maximum. Groups CANNOT use multiple names for multiple reservations. 
  • The reservation will be cancelled if student fails to show up within 15 minutes of reservation start time
  • Food is not allowed in the room.
  • Can only be used for academic work. Anyone using the rooms to play games, watch TV, socialize, or sleep will be asked to leave. 
  • Students must keep noise to a minimum.
