Wake Tech Librarians offer tours and classes on the use of library resources and information literacy, (opens in a new window.) Classes are tailored to fit the specific research and curricular needs of the students, as well as workshop and training needs for the faculty and staff. Classes can be conducted in the library, in a classroom setting, or online. By participating in library sessions, students are better able to apply information literacy skills to future research projects and future careers.

Sessions include, but are not limited to:

- Electronic database searching demonstrations
- Library print materials
- Virtual reference services
- Search strategy workshops
- Library tours
