Library Policies

  • Student IDs. Students are required to show their current Wake Tech Student ID in order to use the library.
  • Printing. Students may print up to 25 pages a day. Please print on both sides of the page. If you are printing PowerPoint slides, we ask that you print more than one slide per page.
  • Cell Phones. Cell phone conversations are distracting to your fellow students. If a phone call is going to take more than a few moments, please step out of the library.
  • Food & Drinks. Drink containers with tops/lids are permitted in the library. Light snacks are also permitted. Fast food and full meals are prohibited and should be eaten outside or in the Student Lounge in HSB2.

The Library @ the Perry Health Sciences Campus

The Library on the Perry Health Sciences Campus supports the students and faculty of the Health Sciences Division. We provide access to computers, printers, scanners, group study areas, silent study areas, books, ebooks, research databases, select textbooks and other course reserves, laptops, and ereaders.

We also provide students with research assistance. If you would like help locating a book or using the research databases, stop by the library information desk to speak with a librarian. We're always happy to help the students of Wake Tech!
