When citing AI in MLA it's important to remember that the citation will not include an author. According to the MLA Style Guide, the citation will start with the title of source. In this case the title of source would be the prompt you entered into the AI tool. Followed by the title of container (AI tool), Version (version or edition of tool), Publisher (who made the AI tool), Date (when created), and Location (URL).

APA Style recommentds explaining how the AI tool was used in your paper. For citations refer to the creator of the AI tool as the author. Then the year, name of the AI tool, the version, and type of tool. Include the URL at the end. APA Style uses this as an example:
