Room Policies & Procedures
Individual Study Rooms: Room B & Room C
- For individuals only
- Current students only. Non-students will be asked to leave. Student ID Card is required to access to the room.
- Reservations required.
- Can only be reserved for 2 hours a day maximum.
- The reservation will be cancelled if student fails to show up within 10 minutes of reservation start time.
- Food is not allowed in the room.
- Can only be used for academic work. Anyone using the rooms to play games, watch TV, socialize, or sleep will be asked to leave.
- Students must keep noise to a minimum.
Group Study Rooms: Room D, Room E, and Room F
- For groups of two to six students only.
- For current students only. Non-students will be asked to leave. Student ID Card required to access the room.
- Reservations required. All student ID numbers must be entered on the form or the reservation will be denied.
- Can only be used for 2 hours at a time. Students using the room for longer will be asked to leave.
- The reservation will be cancelled if student fails to show up within 10 minutes of reservation start time
- Food is not allowed in the room.
- Can only be used for academic work. Anyone using the rooms to play games, watch TV, socialize, or sleep will be asked to leave.
